So you know those thoughts that bubble up and tell you to: Ask for help, make a change, take a leap, apply for the job, create the course, do the thing, take a break, try something new, collaborate with her, distance yourself, take care of you first, you’re not a good fit — that’s called Grace.
Do. Not. Ignore grace. That’s part of your intuition.
A lot of times what’s happens is that when we have negative thoughts & negative emotions, they start drowning out all those other really great, creative thoughts and ideas.
We start telling ourselves, nah that will never work. That’s a pipedream. I’m not good enough. I don’t have enough success. I don’t know enough. No-one will ever listen to me. I’m not successful enough. I’m not educated enough. What will people think? I haven’t had my “big break,” yet. She’s better than me. Maybe I should just do what she’s doing?!
Comparitis creeps in and we have feelings and thoughts of doubt, insecurity, fear, defeat, guilt and shame which cause us to procrastinate, become anxious or have paralysis by analysis which drowns out all those really great thoughts and idea.
Grace is available to all of us. We all have intuition and have to learn how to retrain our brains to tell those negative thoughts and feelings to take a hike so that when the good stuff bubbles up, we take action.
When you allow your positive thoughts to lead to positive words and positive feelings — It will always lead to positive action.
That’s leading from your heart. Trust your intuition that you’re being guided to follow the path to where you should go next. Use that guidance to give you peace and confidence to overcome whatever it is that you’re dealing with, going through, decision or bold action you’re trying to make!
